These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and e88f ("e88f", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the e88f website located at https://e88f.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting markets, live casino products, slot games and any other wagering services made available through the Platform.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

In these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a User on the e88f Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and bonus funds held within a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification procedures required to validate a User's Account.
• "Platform" means the e88f website, mobile-optimised interface and all associated services accessible at https://e88f.cam.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a User in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or equivalent currency and held in the User's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum amount a User must wager before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "User Content" means any information, data or material submitted by a User to the Platform, including registration details and communication with support.

To register an Account and access the e88f Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, at the time of registration. The Platform is strictly adults-only. e88f reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend any Account where age eligibility is unconfirmed.
2. You must be accessing the Platform as a private individual acting in your personal capacity, not on behalf of any company, partnership or other legal entity.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal position in your jurisdiction prior to registration.
4. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether initiated through e88f or any third-party responsible gambling programme, that remains in effect at the time of registration.
5. You must not have had a previous Account on the Platform closed or suspended for a breach of these Terms.

Each User may hold only one (1) Account on the e88f Platform. The creation of duplicate Accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Balance held therein.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact telephone number. You undertake to keep this information accurate and up to date at all times.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. e88f will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. You must notify e88f support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 KYC Verification

e88f may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal request. Acceptable documentation may include a government-issued identity document such as a national identity card (CNIC), passport or driving licence, together with proof of residential address. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

Your use of the e88f Platform is subject to the following general conditions of use:

• The Platform is made available for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any commercial exploitation of the Platform or its content is expressly prohibited.
• You must use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. e88f does not warrant that the use of the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction.
• You must not attempt to access restricted areas of the Platform, circumvent security measures or engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform's normal operation.
• You must not use automated systems, bots, scripts or other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets or access Account information.
• You acknowledge that all gambling activity carries an inherent risk of financial loss. e88f does not guarantee any outcome or return on any wager placed on the Platform.

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the e88f Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or casino game. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

6.2 Acceptance of Bets

e88f reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion. A bet is confirmed only when acknowledged by the Platform's system and a confirmation reference is issued to the User. e88f will not be bound by any bet that has not been confirmed in this manner, including bets affected by technical errors or connectivity failures.

6.3 Odds and Pricing

Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change at any time prior to confirmation of a bet. In-play (live) odds fluctuate continuously in real time. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are final and binding. e88f does not guarantee any specific odds margin or competitive pricing relative to any other operator.

6.4 Void Bets

Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest pricing errors, match or event abandonment without a result, duplicate bet placement due to technical fault, or evidence of market manipulation. In the event of a void bet, the original stake will be returned to the User's Account Balance.

6.5 Cricket and PSL Markets

Given the significance of cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, ICC World Cup events and T20 bilateral series — to our user base across Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and beyond, e88f operates dedicated cricket market rules. These rules govern outcomes including match winner, top batsman, total runs markets and in-play ball-by-ball offerings. Users should review cricket-specific rules published on the Platform prior to placing any cricket-related wager.

7.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment source that is registered in the User's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in Account suspension. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published in the Platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method. e88f does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to: (a) satisfactory completion of KYC verification; (b) the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements attached to the Account Balance; and (c) the Account being in good standing with no active investigations. Processing times vary by payment method and are published within the cashier section. All withdrawals are processed in PKR or the equivalent currency held in the User's Account at the time of the request.

7.3 Anti-Money Laundering

e88f operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit or withdrawal transaction, including source-of-funds declarations. Accounts suspected of involvement in money laundering or fraudulent activity will be suspended and referred to the relevant authorities.

All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers made available through the e88f Platform are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between those promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Each bonus offer is available once per User, per household, per device and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and will not be eligible for withdrawal until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Game-contribution rates toward Wagering Requirements vary by game type. Sports bets and specific casino games may contribute at different rates. Contribution rates are published within each promotion's terms.
• e88f reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bets already placed under a promotion's terms prior to amendment will be honoured under the original terms.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of arbitrage strategies, is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of Bonus Funds and related winnings.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the e88f Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing any Account restriction.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate the outcome of any casino game or exploit any promotional offer.
• Using any software, algorithm, artificial intelligence, automated system or unfair advantage to predict outcomes, circumvent security measures or disrupt the Platform's integrity.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or corrupt betting activity in connection with any sporting event covered by the Platform.
• Laundering money or using the Platform to facilitate any financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful under applicable local law, including any jurisdiction where the Platform has expressly restricted access.

e88f reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or compliance with a legal obligation.

Users wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the e88f support team. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Funds in the Account Balance will be returned to the User subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and the absence of any pending withdrawal hold. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Users who have elected to self-exclude may not request the reopening of their Account before the self-exclusion period expires. Requests to circumvent an active self-exclusion will be refused.

e88f is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all Pakistani user groups. The Platform provides the following tools as standard within every registered Account:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to manage their spending in PKR.
• Loss Limits: A maximum loss threshold can be defined per period, after which further wagering is paused until the limit resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Timed alerts notify Users after a set period of active session use.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a voluntary self-exclusion for a defined period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly by the support team.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, e88f shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, connectivity interruptions or system errors beyond e88f's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds or content published on the Platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from the suspension or termination of your Account in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit e88f's liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

All intellectual property rights in and to the e88f Platform, including its design, software, content, trademarks, logos and branding ("IP"), are owned by or licensed to e88f. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence or interest in any IP of e88f beyond the limited right to access the Platform for personal use as set out herein.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any element of the e88f Platform or its IP without prior written consent from e88f.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which e88f holds its operating licence. Users acknowledge that this may differ from Pakistani domestic law.

e88f does not make any representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan. Users access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

e88f reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, e88f will publish a notice on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms. You are advised to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.
